RCMP 50 Dollar Bill

The Dome Formation of the RCMP Musical Ride was featured on the reverse of Canada's $50 bill from 1969 to 1979. The first Canadian bill to have the entire side lithographed. The photo was taken from a cherry picker in June 1970 by RCMP photographer Sgt. Don Guerrette shortly before the the Musical Ride departed for Expo 70 in Osaka, Japan.
